As a part of our customer care product we launched a consumer affair solution on March 30, 2016 for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism, department of Consumer Affairs. With this mobile app consumers can submit a complaint, report dangerous products and eventually add a photo.
Consumer Affairs started different training- and information campaign to inform the community about the importance and the use of the Coza App.
