Cloud-first model
Apptastic operates using a cloud-first model. While physical infrastructure security is managed by certified cloud service providers, Apptastic retains responsibility for logical access control, application security, configuration management, monitoring, and incident handling. These responsibilities are managed through a clearly defined shared responsibility model.
Compliance and continual improvement
We ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and promote information security awareness among all employees and contractors. Information security performance is monitored, reviewed, and continually improved through risk assessments, internal audits, and management reviews.
